Senior Manager SCM Digital Process Management (M/F/D)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Manage the effective implementation of the GPS system and process strategy Reporting for product supply. Track performance and accuracy of systems and processes collaborating with stakeholders to reactively and proactively to enhance performance.  Manage allocated program and project responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Reporting:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy to track process peformance indicators (PPIs) and metrics relevant to supply planning.
  • Create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends and other critical supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and align reporting efforts with product supply business objectives.
  • Lead assigned internally and externally driven projects ensuring key stakeholders are consulted and sign off. 
  • Support operational teams and GPS stakeholders with in-depth analysis and system insight to resolve unforeseen issues or to provide a bases for systematic or process change.

 

Reporting Governance:

  • Govern the GPS reporting structure ensuring consistency and optimization opportunities are identifiable.  Manage into backlogs with supporting functions (Product Area, Supply Chain Control Tower, Data & Analytics
  • Oversee the maintenance of a reporting governance structure, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in the reporting portfolio.
  • Create and maintain an operational reporting library which is intuitive to use and provides an always up to date view on our reporting capabilities.
  • Track performance and accuracy of reports.  Resolve any issues by investigating the root cause and prepare solutions for sign off. 
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

 

Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with supporting functions (GPS Operational teams, Product Area’s and) to identify and develop new solutions.
  • Support operational PowerBI Powerusers in the Global Product Supply functional teams with their reporting requirements through consultation and best practice sharing.

  • Lead a high performing team, providing a clear roadmap and guidance.
  • Forster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and reporting excellence within the team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: [SH1] 

  • Experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP Systems
  • Proven record of successfully applying project and change management skills with strong decision and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with proven ability to interact, influence and convince at management level
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead a high preforming team   
  • Proven skills in developing reporting solutions with BI Tools (PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau, MicroStrategy etc)
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7 years) in supply chain management, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
  • Proven project management experience (PMP/Prince/Six Sigma).
