Project Manager Social Impact

Purpose:

This position drives and upholds the efforts and projects of the Social Impact team and acts as an executional advisor for cross-functional initiatives and activations between Community programming, Social Impact, UAR and Activation. Furthermore, it fosters the development and execution of the Purpose strategy, through prioritized projects and concepts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in Head Office capacity to Social Impact team
  • Provide holistic view of Social Impact work across programs, partnerships, impact and operations
  • Work closely with the Director of Social Impact to ensure appropriate communication within the team and with internal partners for updating and reporting to key stakeholders
  • Curate content for various communication channels
  • Organize complexity and maintain accountability across project workstreams
  • Build strong relationships with senior management, internal customers, to drive consistency and quality of project deliverables
  • Track, communicate and respond to Purpose requests for future action
  • Budget forecasting and guidance
  • Provide strategic guidance to team
  • Oversee tracking and measuring of Social Impact projects, market engagement
  • Builds/manages GP tools, processes + team resources

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • University degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience; with at least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing larger-scale global programs and projects
