Purpose/ Mission:

To achieve store sales target by providing excellent customer service.

Accountabilities:

Primary

1. Achieve individual and/or shared sales target assigned.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Build rapport and customer loyalty.
4. Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs.
5. Responds positively to customer complaints.
6. Uses in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
7. Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
8. Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
9. Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
10. To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
11. Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

Secondary

1. To keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
2. To replenish merchandise, conduct stock check and manage fitting room or stock room.
3. Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedure and policy.

Professional background/ Experience:

Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales

Industry: Preferably 3-6 months in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail

Exposure: Sports, Fashion

Education:

Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management
