Sales Assistant (30 hours/week) - Brand Center Store

PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION:

You are the front of our business in direct interaction with our consumers. You represent our brand as our ambassador.

You are an expert on our products, theirs’s qualities. You are always here to advice our consumers to pick best products and deliver exceptional consumer experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively connect and engage and serve consumers entering the store
  • Being a Brand advocate and an ambassador
  • Actively focus on increasing store sales while keeping in mind excellent consumer experience
  • Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs
  • Connect our Consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Actively working with team to deliver exceptional consumer experience and operational excellence by following all company procedures and policies and being involved in improvement and sharing ideas
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
  • Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty
  • Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner while being compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Executing visual merchandising and house-keeping standards
  • Know the store KPIs and how you personally contribute to them
  • Keeps an up-to-date awareness of our competitors
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance
  • Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
  • Very good verbal communication skills, ability to proactively approach consumers that enter the store
  • Good digital literary – experience working with digital tools such tablets and phones
  • Basic numeracy, literacy
  • Fluency in Polish and English language, any other language would be considered as advantage
  • Ability to serve multiple consumers simultaneously
  • Ability to actively seek and use brand and product knowledge to sell
  • Use the digital adidas environment and stay up-to-date via our digital communication channels
  • Positive attitude and interest towards sport, fashion and consumers
  • Team player and being open to feedback and use actively available learning opportunities.
