SAP SD Consultant (M/F/D)

The role of the SAP SD Consultant (AFS & S/4 Hana) is responsible for the planning, installing, and configuration of software solutions and systems. It is capable to support employees with specific applications and provides expert advisory. The role analyzes the information systems of adidas and individualizes specific system solutions to meet the demand of the business.

 

What can you expect?

 

  • Provide Tech & Business expertise in SAP (AFS) SD-related processes and bring along x-functional knowledge towards MM and FI/CO modules
  • Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes
  • Bring along strong business process understanding in the O2C (Order-to-Cash) & Supply Chain area
  • Translate complex SAP SD or S/4 specific business requirements into system solutions
  • Provide profound hands-on SAP SD expertise for configuring system-related changes in sales order management, allocation, delivery note creation, invoicing, reverse logistics, customer master & credit management areas
  • Consider operational requirements & architectural dependencies during solution design
  • Drive issue resolution & escalations in the SAP SD area if required

 

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • Ideally 4-year experience in IT and consultancy experience in SAP SD module (AFS or FMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge of MM and FI/CO modules would be a plus
  • Very strong understanding of tech & business processes in the “Sales and Distribution” area including outbound & inbound interfaces
  • Strong understanding & knowledge of the regional and global market landscape and the respective customer
