eKAM junior - Retail Partners

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

 

This role oversees the Sales and Digital Management of adidas within the eCommerce of our partners: Paris and Ripley, in order to achieve sales and market strategy objectives.
Among the main responsibilities is to put together the brand's Sales Plan for each digital partner working in collaboration with the Key Account Managers of Paris and Ripley, respectively. Build, develop and follow up Digital Sales and Marketing Plans for each season of the year, through commercial and retail media plans, ensuring the fulfillment of the channel's sales goals and managing the indicators to achieve them (digital sell in / sell out, margin, visibility within the site).
The role is part of the Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) team within the Wholesale Direction. 

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with Key Account Managers on adidas' digital business strategy at our key partners participating in Sell-ins, Key Account meetings, Sales Direction meetings, Sales & Marketing Meetings, etc.
  • Implement adidas' Digital and Ecommerce Strategy for our key partners in the Wholesale world, in this case Paris and Ripley, considering their own eCommerce platforms, respectively. 
  • Responsible for sales, digital channels and the correct presence of the brand in all parts of the funnel.
  • Provide and control eCommerce KPIs, identifying action plans but also quantifying and analyzing their impacts on sales target and strategy. 
  • Guarantee consistent and premium Adidas content in our partners' eCommerce actively working with Marketing Teams. 
  • Ensure digital investment optimization, maximizing Sell-out and ROAS (Return On Advertising Spend).

 
Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in commercial areas, preferably in a digital context.
  • Understanding of sales indicators as sell in, sell out, sell through; and key digital KPIs as impressions, Click Through Rate, Product Detail Page views, Add To Cart, Conversion Rate, Return On Ad Spent; their interconnected nature and what levers to push to improve performance.
  • Experience working in cross-functional ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.
  • Results oriented mindset. 

 

Requisite Experience and Minimum Qualification

  • Academic Background suggestions: Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Sales Management, or similar. 
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar job experience.
  • Previous experience in Digital Sales or Ecommerce roles, specifically in commercial roles. 
  • Strong knowledge and interest in the Digital world, Ecommerce in Retail and Digital Marketing. 
  • Understanding of consumer behavior across the digital landscape.
  • Excellent relationship management associated with communications skills, specifically with clients. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills – balancing last minute requests and regular work. 
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Excel, using the tool for KPIs analysis that will guarantee a data driven mindset and decisions. 
  • Fluent in both Spanish (local) and English (global) both spoken and written.
