Senior Agile Coach

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

One way to reach this goal is your contribution within our engineering team, where your attention is all about the consumer and improving our internal applications to be faster, efficient and attentive. This comes with, after knowing how to attract the consumer, how to increase consumer’s attention, tracking potentials thorough knowing consumer’s behavior and consumer’s needs. You will be helping and guiding the engineering teams in transforming this information into software solutions – a lifecycle from design over production to delivery.
Your absolute goal lies in how we drive information and make life easier from a product perspective.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our team in Bogota.
As a member of our team you will use your experience with agile methodologies, as an agile coach and scrum master background to improve and upskill colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Specialist advice

  • Actively maintains recognized expert level knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms. Provides definitive and expert advice in their specialist area(s).
  • Oversees the provision of specialist advice by others, consolidates expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organizational objectives.
  • Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organization.

 

Agile Coach:

  • Provide hands-on support, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile.
  • Set coaching goals together with the customer (person/team/area) to define success of agile coaching within context
  • Embody the Agile principles and lead by example. Be a role model for agile. 
  • Coach teams on best practices and continuous improvement
  • Co-Create course materials and other documents such as hand-outs, manuals and exercises
  • Create awareness around agile ways of working in the company
  • Trainer to upskill our colleagues

 

Resource Management: 

  • Is involved in recruiting and proposes support for hiring decision and pre-selection of candidates.
  • Allocates the different work to the respective employees considering experience, complexity, workload and organizational efficiency
  • Continuously monitors and evaluates team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data and analysis and team feedback and makes appropriate changes to meet business needs.
  • Provides team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and Global IT objectives.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas and experience.
  • Good spoken and written command of English.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT.
  • 5 years of experience in relevant area.
  • 2 years of experience of team management.
  • Strong understanding of regional and global market landscape and respective customer.
  • Managed critical elements and cross functional/regional projects.
