Senior Director, Product Management - YEEZY


We are looking for a Senior Director to lead Product Marketing for YEEZY in Los Angeles, CA.
This role will be responsible for creating industry leading innovative products & data-driven go-to-market strategies.  Under your leadership, the team, will push boundaries with innovative and industry-defining footwear from inception to commercialization.


We’re a strong, collaborative and diverse team based in Los Angeles. You’ll be collaborating directly with a strong, close-knit Design and Product Development triad, and cross horizontal partners including our Concept-to-Consumer, Brand and Culture Marketing teams to name a few.

You’re a good fit for the role if you:

  • Have 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in product creation, marketing, merchandising or related field
  • 5+ years of management experience leading and inspiring diverse & global teams
  • University degree or equivalent education required; Masters degree a plus
  • Proven experience setting category vision, strategic objectives and financial targets
  • Proven record of steering creation teams to ensure proper implementation of the Brand, Yeezy Business Unit (BU) strategies in alignment with partner creative vision
  • Experienced in developing and implementing seasonal product marketing direction, initiatives as well as consumer framework and corresponding product strategies
  • Develop collaborative relationships with all cross functional partners and integrate relevant teams in planning, strategy and execution phases
  • Experienced in setting targets to achieve BU goals and seasonal initiatives for footwear business
  • Monitor product financials and KPI’s (sell-in / sell-through-rates, number of articles, volumes per article) and initiate commercial, financial and efficiency solutions as needed.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks; respond by initiating key action steps and mitigation plans while including relevant cross-functional partners
  • Prepare and present product range for creative/design/selection review sessions and internal brand milestones.
  • Excel at building cohesive, teams, triads and relationships across the broader organization.
  • Create a team culture that supports the principles of diversity, inclusion and equity.
  • Understand complexities and challenges of the business.  Strong ability to identify root cause and create optimal path forward.
