Senior Director HR - Marketing & Digital

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Act as the Strategic Business Partner and Coach to the respective functions in all relevant people strategy and operational HR topics. Provide leadership to CCA, Product, Buying, Brand Marketing, Digital & Ecommerce team as well as working closely with HRMs in the geography, ensuring that we are providing the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people for today and tomorrow.

              

Key Responsibilities:   

 

  • Being the strategic HR Business Partner to cover all Marketing & Digital functions and support the SVPs in CCA, Product, Buying, Brand Marketing, Digital & Ecommerce. The total population is around 800 office employees.
  • In partnership with HR SLT member determine the Strategic HR/People focus for the respective business. Accountable for the execution of the Strategy and people experience in area of responsibility by delivering meaningful moments that matter.
  • Lead complex organizational design, change and transformation programs, redesigning structures around strategic objectives in close cooperation with Talent teams.
  • Provide coaching to stakeholders on leadership and organization dynamics.
  • Use data, analysis and dashboards to shape organizational strategy and aid business in making people and org decisions.
  • Develop Leadership Bench and build a Talent pipeline with robust succession plans for Senior Leadership positions within the area of responsibility.
  • Drive and maintain engagement within the HR team at every level in the locations through effective motivation, coaching, training and development.
  • Accountable to ensure the team executes all core people processes (e.g.org and workforce management, recruiting, internal movements, promotions/salary adjustments, talent and succession planning, performance management process, etc.) with excellence and consistency.
  • Provide functional direction according to the People Strategy and focus. Collaborate with global and local partners where needed. Ensure harmonized implementation across all locations and one voice to the customer.

  • Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution
  • Customer oriented, approachable, strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to deal with conflicts and ambiguity
  • Ability to establish a strong rapport and professional credibility in order to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to navigate in a complex organization with multiple key stakeholders in order to achieve results
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management
  • Strong leadership with supervisory and management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven, passionate and high learning agility.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills, SAP experience is a plus

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Above 10 years HR experience as HRBP or COE HR functions
  • Fluent in English
  • International experiences and cross-cultural experiences are highly appreciated.
  • Good understanding of the FMCG/consumer goods industry is a plus.
