Senior Key Account Manager Foot Locker Europe. Apparel-Accessories

To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned key accounts while respecting the image of the adidas brand


Key Responsibilities:



  • To drive the development of the Foot Locker account/category across Europe, formalized through the Strategic Business Category Plan to 2022 with sign-off by the direct superior
  • To understanding the account business and ensure Account Fact Books are maintained and updated on time an accurate 
  • To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization of the Category Plan in conjunction with support of the CtC function
  • To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account
  • To work within the agreed adidas trade terms with the account
  • To represent the brand externally / the account internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and at key interfaces and milestone meeting




  • Market share growth within the category or account, to include digital strategy and in store branded space solutions to ensure the adidas brand is best in class in line with Strategic Business Plan goals and objectives
  • Budget / Sales target compliance
  • Inventory / Sales development / Order Book Management
  • Account contractual agreements are followed at all time


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Previous experience of successfully working within the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar or senior level in the categories apparel and or accesories
  • Results orientated attitude  
  • Play to win mind set


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • University degree in business with sales focus or equivalent
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Fully Competent with IT packages (excel, and PowerPoint to an advanced level)
  • Strong presentation skills
