Senior Manager, Digital Content Activation APAC

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

  • Digital content team drives alignment across the digital ecosystem by creating/adapting relevant, inspiring & empowering digital content leading to one seamless consumer experience across all digital activation touchpoints.
  • This role is key to the successful adoption, development and implementation of Global digital strategies and seasonal plans for APAC market. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation/curation/adaptation & delivery of digital activation content for digital campaigns, promotions & projects from concept to execution.
  • Develop, own & execute content strategy for eCom/ eTrade & Membership. 
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with global, APAC & local brand communications & digital business stakeholders.
  • Identify digital content gaps in global toolkits and ensure local market needs are covered through local content production within the global content guidelines.
  • Drive an on Time & In Full delivery of content toolkits across all digital platforms.
  • Drive annual marketing working budget (MWB) planning & monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with global (LACE) and manage local agencies for briefing & development of concepts and creative elements (toolkits) ensuring efficient delivery of digital creative assets.
  • Create content performance matrix & drive content test & learn across platforms.
  • Create & share pan APAC content deployment & performance reports.
  • Set up a cadence & facilitate best practices sharing across APAC markets.
  • Create a network with the Digital Brand Activation teams across APAC countries that can help build better results
  • Build, lead, and develop a highly engaged team and drive a performance and development culture facilitated through #MYBEST

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of consumer messaging across the digital ecosystem
  • Solid experience in managing campaign creation through external agencies.
  • In depth knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile
  • Ability to manage & collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders: BU’s, eCom, Brand Activation, Retail, Agencies etc.
  • Regional experience or experience across APAC countries is a plus.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
  • Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion industry.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills 
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Japanese/Korean language is a plus (not mandatory).


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field. Master Degree a plus.
  • 8+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience.
