Senior Manager, Live Streaming

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Manage livestreaming & content related creation & execution to support all eCommerce platforms business, leveraging brand investment and eCommerce ecosystem resources. Win on Key commercial events of the platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Livestreaming management

  • Manage and develop all store livestreaming on both strategy level & daily execution level. Own livestreaming activity calendar and responsible for ROI
  • Seek opportunity for KOL live stream across multiple EC platforms, build up measurement mechanism and generate high quality traffic & sales.
  • Manage MCN and manage Marketing Working Budget for livestreaming.
  • Establish direct relationship with EC platforms. Optimize marketing working budget spending and tracking; document all activations by monitoring results vs Objectives/KPI with support of Business Planning/Web Analytics team.

 

Platform Social content generation & optimization

  • Gain traffic and market share from competition via in-platform & out-platform social channels
  • Brief internal & external partners on content production and manage the delivery
  • Manage MCN, develop and execute Marketing working budget plan to create high quality EC content to drive organic traffic, such as short videos / buyer shows.
  • Establish direct relationship with EC platforms. Optimize marketing working budget spending and tracking; document all activations by monitoring results vs Objectives/KPI with support of Business Planning/Web Analytics team.
  • Consistently seek for new opportunities for content quality & quantity development.

 

Team management

  • Be the line manager for 2 ppl, need to have the development plan for the team.
  • Collaborate with other functional team and brand comm team to deliver different content and result.

 

KPI:
- Overall commercial targets of eCommerce China
- Business penetration share of livestreaming & ranking in platform
- Specified execution KPIs on livestreaming & social contents with reasonable Yoy growth.

  • eCommerce buying, Analytics, UX & Site operations
  • eCommerce store managers
  • Brand activation, BU
  • MCN agencies, Tmall, JD, PDD and other EC platforms

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce/digital landscape in China
  • Solid digital expertise and Agency management experience
  • Ecommerce Platform marketing experience & content management experience, experience in deal with MCN, KOL live stream.
  • Creative thinking & solution-focused personality, can multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in data-driven role with strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision making
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams, cultivate relationships; Build consensus & influence business partners. Both within and outside the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels and to write and prepare executive-level business correspondence.
  • A good understanding of the competitive landscape/trends in the sportswear industry

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ year experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or focusing on content marketing deeply; preferably with a background in sporting goods.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
