Senior Manager 3D Asset Creator DC E2E



Digital Creation E2E / GCA is a strategic board program under the digital umbrella building the must-have adidas creation infrastructure of the future. Focus is to digitize the end-to-end creation-to-shelf value chain, covering marketing, creation, sourcing (supplier integration) and sell-in. It is an integral part of adidas strategy “Own the Game”.  





This is a key in-house position for an organized, passionate and goal-oriented future leader who is able to serve as a link between Digital Creation and Digital GTM in GCA by (a) ensuring a sustainable and fluid 3D asset flow E2E and (b) upgrading the speed of our asset creation capabilities and (c) offering new innovative assets to be utilized into our sell-in and DTC channels inspiring and driving customer and consumer sell-out.


  • Review /amend and mature GTM ready asset process of Creation Center Shanghai (CCS) in terms of quality assurance, scope management and timing
  • Seamlessly link 3D Asset creation across divisions along 3D Design tools (e.g. Swatch & CLO3D) , rendering pipeline and sell-in tool integration
  • Maintain clear roles and responsibilities to secure quality assurance for sell-in along a robust GTM asset ready process
  • Create GTM ready asset service model with x-functional stakeholders for which are out of scope of the E2E creation process
  • Align with the Ecom team to define the requirements for the long-term vision of downstream asset provision and integration along asset quality & master data needs
  • Ensure definition and alignment 3D asset specs especially for 3D enhanced and Digital Showroom Tool (DST) across system & process landscape
  • Provide input on next level of solutions together with HQ GTM asset & Creation MVP teams with special focus on GLTF viewer, APP AMDF and DST
  • Drive E2E connectivity from creation via coreDAM to DST in alignment with the x-functional stakeholders
  • Enhance and innovate our 3D assets from “photo match” towards new capabilities such as turntable, 360 degree angle, exploding, in motion and in action for commercialization driving consumer demand
  • Develop asset innovation play book and apply agile test and learn approach to scale up in collaboration with relevant functions
  • Establish network into and outside the company to stay relevant and on the foreground of innnvotion
  • Steer regular feedback communication with GTM, sales and product managers regarding asset quality and future needs and brief necessary adjustments into creation teams and MVPs across divisions
  • Link into overall GCA / HQ IT architecture strategy alignment and integration of process & system landscape throughout solution development process
  • Create and manage the process to define and track 3D asset scope E2E per season along ranges and special items while monitoring dependencies
  • Closely manage and recruit external agencies upon capacity need incl. evaluation, detailed briefing, inputs, timelines, RFP, quality assurance
  • Secure scope delivery by closely monitoring on time & quality completion along milestones, dependencies and systems while ensuring close communication with key stakeholders (creation teams, T1s & agencies)



  • Work with and support the key stakeholder group within DC E2E / GCA
    • Leads and scrum-masters of MVP teams
  • Support and or lead project activities and partner with DC E2E stakeholders
  • Stakeholders can relate to the following core functions
    • Innovation & horizontal competence center teams
    • Design VP’s/Directors
    • Product creation functions
    • Sales
    • Marketing Operations Directors
    • GOPS (incl. ACT, Sourcing, T1s)
    • IT
  • Be part of a larger digital transformation hub, holistically driving digital transformation at adidas

Hard skills:

  • Strong business acumen in 3D design and rendering tools & related technology and processes
  • Organizational skills to support in an agile way a large technological transformation along communicated expectations
  • Advanced understanding of business process management, methodologies, and principles clearly demonstrating achievements against the business needs




  • Between 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience in digital transformation environment (e.g. project management, apparel/fashion, IT domain);
  • Within which 2-3 years proven track record of experience in digital transformation focusing on 3D design, 3D assets and Digital Creation E2E within Apparel and Footwear industries
  • Expert in rendering tools and innovation track record and/or proven affinity to invest in
  • Managerial experience
  • University degree
