Senior Manager Brand and Omnichannel Activation

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Plan and implement holistic Account Marketing plans for the assigned KA in accordance with WE guidelines and Nordic brand calendar.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strengthen the adidas brand perception among the target audience.
     

Key Responsibilities:  

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Functional

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Plan and implement holistic Account Marketing plans for the assigned KA in accordance with WE guidelines and Nordic brand calendar.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Lead and execute all Omni initiatives/campaigns in local market. Work with the local commercial organization.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">As senior marketing manager, connect with Key Stakeholders to oversee cross-functional marketing initiatives in Copenhagen and Denmark.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Be the go-to-person for market insights, holistic plans and reporting for cross-functional marketing initiatives driving adidas success in Copenhagen and Denmark.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Coordinate and integrate projects and campaigns executed by project owners for maximal brand and commercial impact
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ensure all initiatives are executed within budget to the highest standard and in accordance with Nordic guidance, global brand values and direction/corporate identity.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Personnel

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Lead the local Wholesale marketing team by setting team objectives and targets based on Nordic guidelines (local WHS + indirect VM).
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Develop targets and performance management tools to the team with input from the Nordic functional team leaders.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Develop the functional and social skills of direct and indirect reports.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Ensure smooth cooperation of all direct and indirect reports along all interfaces.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Experience in omni and brand marketing and/or sales (consumer goods industry preferred)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Project management experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strong relationship building skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Consumer and customer-minded brand builder and implementation driven personality
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Experience with digital production and technical nature of executing digital marketing initiatives
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Advanced user of MS Office suite of products

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Preferably University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">4+  years of Sales, Marketing and/or Communication experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Fluent in English
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
