Senior Manager Digital Ecosystem Marketing, Douyin

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


Douyin play a key strategic role in accelerating our digital brand social eCommerce strategy in China. Winning on Douyin while delivering a premium end-to-end consumer experience will be key to success for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Overall store management, accountable for all commercial and operational KPIs for respective stores and work externally with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the result;
  • Accountable to drive the key account relationship with Platforms (Douyin) Senior leadership team & category teams. Collaborate with Douyin for resource booking for seasonal product stories, platform priorities, and consumer moments.
  • Accountable for overall marketing in Douyin ecosystem, including KOL & campaign and content planning & short video management, livestream studio design/store design & setup / feature, etc.
  • Manage KOL livestream on Douyin platform; to define KOL opportunities to drive business and steer the platform needs with key eCommerce functions , such as Buying, Digital Analytics, Digital Operations, Consumer Service functions together.
  • Accountable and responsible for driving traffic and conversion on Douyin store through aligned targets
  • Build up holistic plan for the campaign in Douyin platform by partnership with key stakeholders to define consumer touch points
  • Manage and work with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the KPI

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with solid years in consumer industry with at least 5 years in eCom business
  • Strong experience in working with platforms
  • At least 12 years marketing experience, eCom experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital marketing, ecommerce
  • Passionate about new things with the broader marketing mix
  • Experience of working in international company
  • Results-driven and process focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good campaign &project management skills
  • Super written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
