Senior Manager Franchise Retail Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  1. Lead  x – cross functional customer support projects
  2. Track business results of customer support project, identify business opportunities and drive for constant growth
  3. Guide, support and coach regions Retail operation team to implement/execute retail programs and tools
  4. facilitate best practice sharing between functions and regions, define scalable processes actively support Director to achieve agreed targets and KPI’s
  5. Take in charge of regular account & region- based store operation improvement & boosting store productivity with cross-function/department teams
  6. Understand and find out the ultimate operation needs from clients, SLT & your own acumen, plan & assist region/account to execute project-based operation process with the purpose of achieving retail excellence
  7. Use your strategic expertise in retail to lead cross-account work consolidation & operation insights exploration for SLT visibility
  8. Highlight and manage those opportunities/risks to key stakeholders
  9. Develop, test, and implement strategies to build playbooks & operation standards and grow share of FRS business with our key stakeholders
  10. Provide insights & work on operational (digital) platform/ecosystem to realize operation excellence 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

  1. Support Director Franchise Operations to achieve overall targets and all related retail KPIs.
  2. Plan and lead x-cross functional Customer project with Regional teams
  3. Guide the regional teams to identify capability improvement needs for customers and design programs
  4. Plan the Roll out of yearly activities according to company strategy and business initiatives

Management

  1. Drive key performance indices within dedicated Customer Projects, implement x-cross functional action plans to turnaround/improve the performances.
  2. Consolidate the performance indices report relevant projects to internal/ external stakeholder with impact analysis and recommendation for additional business opportunities
  3. Visual merchandising and retail training to achieve overall franchise operations strategy. Cascade the recommend work processes and directions to the regions
  4. Ensure Know how and best practice transfer to regional Retail Operations ( i.e. STA, BTM, DOM)
  5. Drive roll out and execution of regional and national projects
  6. Participate in the design and ensure compliance with retail operations guidelines
  • Update Retail Management Standards (aRMS)
  • MSP
  • And other tools as aligned

 

Financial

  1. Assist the Director Operation Director in defining and tracking of Retail Project related Budgets
  2. Track the commercial impact of dedicated project and prepare reports ( score cards) for external & internal stakeholder

Systems and Processes

  1. Clear understanding on national business goals, growth strategies, customer structure and retail related policies and processes
     

People Management

  1. Drive the implementation of tools and processes/ best practice of retail operations in the regions
  2. Lead cross functional teams in projects
  3. Manage relationship with x- cross functional teams internal& external

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 5 years retail operation management experience with recognized retail brands(fashion or FMCG)
  • At least 2 years working experience in retail or revelent
  • Strong business acumen and analysing skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Experience in remote management
  • Able to communicate with Senior Management in English
  • Open-minded
  • excellence organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excel – advanced
  • PowerPoint – advanced
  • Outlook – advanced
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Mandarin Chinese as native language preferred
