Senior Manager Information Security (m/f/d) Cybercrime Intelligence & Investigations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The development and execution of the organization’s approach to threat intelligence for cybercrime and fraud by establishing manual accesses to the underground economy as well managing vendors, contacts to peer industry and law enforcement. Conduct threat model validation and report identified risks to internal stakeholders. Support cybercrime investigations by OSINT as well as investigation within company’s fraud & attack prevention tools. Create thorough reports on investigations for internal & external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilitifes:

 

Threat Intelligence

· Correlate threat intelligence to reveal and enrich understanding of threat vectors, attack processes, fraud actors, and malicious cyber behaviour

· Conduct open-source threat research and analysis, including mining dark and deep web sources

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles of top cybercrime actors targeting the company, including IOCs, TTPs, criminal business model and associated incidents

· Participating in usage and deployment of fraud and case management technologies

 

Cybercrime investigations

· Conduct attacker centric investigations in cases of fraud and cybercrime attacks

· Work independently with internal data sources, such as adidas fraud tools and tools managed by information security

· Create reports for key stakeholders, including internal business partners and law enforcement

Digital Forensics

· Conduct forensic investigation as a service for internal stakeholders

· Leads and manages investigations engaging additional specialists if required.

· Authorizes the release of formal forensics reports

 

Relationship management

· Identify external stakeholder that support threat intel sourcing in private and public sector

· Establish & maintain relationships

· Identifies the communications and relationship needs of internal stakeholder groups.

· Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Proficient spoken and written command of English

· At least 7-year experience in IT

· 5 years of experience in threat intelligence

· Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer

· Experience in incidence response or cybercrime investigations
