Senior Manager Learning Design

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To develop content of curriculum, design qualified training materials/tools, modify existing training programs, follow up on content delivery and monitor training effectiveness to better support the training and people development needs in order to provide the best learning service to participants in Retail Academy.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide training support to participants in Retail Academy to drive retail business and retail excellence
  • Collect retail learning needs, analysis the gap, and develop content / methods / tools by
    • Working with Global Sales Academy for Retail Training Offering,
    • Local design by working with subject matter expert, and/or
    • Purchasing vendor course and TTT
  • Deliver high-quality training for each new content as testing or demo for Regional Trainers
  • Optimize existing comprehensive training programs and proactively look for improvement opportunities in training material, delivery way, process and etc.
  • Provide oversight and quality control over learning deliverables, and standardize training methods and material
  • Develop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIs
  • Manage training and/or tool development project according to front retail needs
  • Manage vendor according to budget forecast for high quality training solutions
  • Develop team capability and encourage best practices share among team

  • Quality of training material and/or tool (including content and development process)
  • On-time completion according to the plan
  • Quality of training delivery
  • Satisfaction rate from end user
  • Consumer satisfaction of retail experience
     
     

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifikation:

  • At least 10 year experience in training & development, learning or related fields
  • Retail related working experience is plus

    Educational Background
  • University degree or above
     
    PC/Language/Other Skills
  • English fluency and Mandarin fluency
  • PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft products
