Plan regional objectives with Sr. Director Retail Operations

Plan actions plans to reach targeted KPI’s

Plan retail relevant strategies and projects to drive market share and retail excellence



Take full ownership of the region and its commercial success

Plan and prioritize efficient store visits to maximize the regional performance

Manage delivery of own retail KPIs and financial KPIs (qualitative and quantitative) in his/her region

Ensure proper in-store Brand execution, according to established standards and directives, in all stores within the region

Pro-actively analyse sell-through figures and develop action plans with Manager District Operations to achieve productivity and inventory turnover target

Take ownership on retail expansion in marketplace including new open, upgrade and enlargement projects

Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives

Develop and roll out retail operation tools to maximize operation efficiency



Manage and deliver own retail financial KPI’s

Manage regional portfolio P&L


System and Processes

Manage own retail KPI’s and tracking/reporting systems.

Ensure ALS system efficiency and training

Store IT digital tools go live and management


HR Management

Create a 3C brand culture by setting clear expectations, driving behaviors, analyzing performance and inspire individual potential by giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance

Ensure compliance to established HR policies and procedures

Plan and build solid team structure to fit biz needs in each marketplace

Coordinate with Manager District Operations/Store managers on staff recruitment, upskilling, retention and development.

Coordinate with HR on relevant HR projects like internal referral, performance review, succession planning, etc.

Deliver HR relevant KPIs such as filling rate, attrition rate, personnel cost and productivity etc.


Training and Development

Identify and recommend training & development needs for own retail FO store 

Coach the District Operations Manager to increase their district sales, productivity and profitability

Own succession planning for the region and district

Ensure quality & efficiency of training within FO store



Own retail Factory Outlet store biz & financial KPIs ( Retail formula , Topline, P&L, BPM, Inventory turnover etc.)

Management KPIs ( NPS , H&S, People development, Staff turnover, Stock take etc.)

Knowledge / Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in a retail multinational company, prefer Factory Outlet working experience

Minimum 2 years experience in regional management


Educational Background

University Degree or strong retail store management experience


PC/Language/Other Skills

Mandarin fluency and be able to communicate in English

High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products

Strong presentation skills
