Senior Manager eCom Business Planning, .com ecosystem

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


The Senior Manager eCom Business Planning, .com ecosystem will be responsible for building the silo in eCom to drive end-to-end reporting solutions that deliver holistic 360 degree insights about the China eCommerce business for .com ecosystem (.com, wechat, APPs).

The functional areas will span sales planning, OTB planning, business analytics and all other areas that would deliver relevant commercial result.

Through the combination of timely, relevant insights backed by a solid and reliable data analysis infrastructure, he/she will support on driving a data driven culture to manage decision making under uncertainty within a rapidly shifting sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with VP .com ecosystem to develop and drive the eCommerce analytics to identify and drive and deliver overall commercial targets.
  • Provide data analysis including product, web/campaign, revenue and conversion optimization.
  • Provide recommendations end to end to realize business uplift & conversion & margin optimization.
  • Align with cross functional stake holders implement and enhance the framework for Order and article level profitability that will serve as the foundation for marketing campaign and range effectiveness.
  • Create dashboards for all platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize the analytics tools/reporting framework within China eCommerce so that every decision maker has access to the information needed in the way they want it – dashboards, visualization tools, reports etc. Overall IBP/Financial Forecasting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or quantitative field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence environment – preferably in online apparel or footwear retail
  • Strong data visualization and influence on adoption of Analytics into their day-to-day business.

  • A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
  • Strong Hands-on experience in diverse Business Planning tools
