Senior Retail Associate

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Keeping abreast of least sports news or trends in fashion while maintaining in-depth product knowledge and communicating to customers effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport and customer loyalty.
- Proactively follow up and execute day-to-day operations in-store to ensure seamless operations.
- Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.
- Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates and new team members.

- Experience in Retail/ Sales in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG retail
- Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
