Senior Specialist, Brand Communication, Brand Activation, Brand adidas (9M Contractor)

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

 

Drive an effective and efficient brand activation across all categories for Blockbuster, Enhanced and Transactional campaigns in country/cluster in full alignment with the APAC BA team.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create the local brand marketing plan and calendar based on input from country commercial needs
  • Create local content (brief and production) in alignment with the Digital Activation team and get approval from global BU if necessary
  • Support the brief and production of category relevant key account or Retail activations
  • Align with the Media Activation on the media strategy for a campaign execution
  • Execution of the MWB plan per the BMP
  • Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools
  • Support the Seoul Key City Activation team and collaborate with the Omni-Channel Marketing team on key trading zone attacks
  • Manage and operate marketing inventory via ERP and minimize the year-end stock

  • NPS (country, key city, key categories)
  • Net Sales
  • Compliance to MWB guidelines
  • Monthly MWB accuracy vs. RFC LE
  • ROMI
  • Year-end Marketing Inventory level
  • Agency performance management (annual evaluations)

 

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

  • APAC BA
  • Country Planning & Media Activation, EIM, OCM, Digital Activation and Sports Marketing
  • Country CtC
  • External partners (Agencies, Sport Marketing assets)

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • High degree of knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)
  • Ability to development local marketing strategies following global guidelines
  • Marketing budget planning and management
  • Strong presentation skill to internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in both, market and regional marketing organization preferred
  • Moderate in English
  • Fluent in Korean preferred

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • At least 3 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
  • Sales and /or Marketing experience
