Senior Specialist, Concept to Consumer, aGolf (1Y2M)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:   
To make sure to be No.1 Apparel brand in Golf market and increase market share. Support Locally developed license business from 2022 


Key Responsibilities


Develop Strategic Business plan for aG Apparel business growth 
•    Setting targetting budget by channel, whole sale, retail sales or other potential channel.  
•    Drive key concepts or key products with marketing plan by channel: Closely communicate with sales and marketing team to drive and build up Key highlight concepts by channel.
•    Strategic Product segmentation planning by channel to maximize the opportunities of sales growth
•    Commercial input ( feedback ) to  Global product marketing team. Input to Korean market needs, market trend and consumer insights. 
•    Optimize the effective Apparel product range by taking major decision maker role for CCA range.
•    Role as key decision maker for seasonal CCA(creation center Asia) product range at each stage of range plan, concept & sketch review, and sample review.  
•    Initiate SMU planning and development for excluive channel thru CCA.

 

Product Management (CTC) : Driving efficient ranging and increasing profitability 
•    Set up Apparel range planning to achieve the net sales target and margin target 
•    Product and Channel segmentation strategy set up 
•    SKU management ( Offer optimized SKUs to market)
•    Balance /Select Range to increase Margin as well as to provide right products to market by sorucing (from Global creation center, Asia creaation center) 
•    Set up optimized retail price & Retail pricing strategies per channel 
•    Retail intro Balancing (Roll out planning) by SKU, by product concept and by sales amount. 
•    Sell thru analysis to develop market relevant products for the next season 


Driving GTM plan /Sell in meeting for Apparel 
•    Manage aG Apparel business by driving GTM plan with sales and Marketing team for future season as well as inseason 
•    Prepare Sell in  to achieve the Target 
•    Key highlight plan set up with Marketing team (Brand, Retail, Sports marketing) 
•    Sales kick off meeting drive  to deliver seasonal key concept 
•    Handover meeting to Sales team to delivery whole GTM package 
•    Sell in meeting 
•    Operate the seasonal product information for sell in process, thru RMA, Adiportal, and SAP. 


Sample management : Manage local sample process such as budget, invoice, request input to APAC, order tracking, delivery follow-up and follow up documents, etc.
-Sample master registeration & upload 
-Sample inbound / outbound management & communication with DC (warehouse) 

 

Key Relationships/communication with Key partners: 
•    Internal : Close communication with Sales, Sales planning & Marketing team  
•    Global and CCA product team : Give feedbacks to Global team to build adidas Golf brand as well as to drive global key concepts  
•    Regional Team/APAC   

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 


•    Excellent knowledge of products and apparel business, product sourcing. 
•    Planning and organizing
•    Global Product development /management process 
•    Understanding the market status in sports industry
•    MS-Office skills.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 


•    University degree or equivalent 
•    At least 6-7 years of job experience in Global sports industry 
•    Fluent Korean and English (written & oral)
