Senior Specialist Digital Solutions

 

 

 

Manage the self-servicing B2B platform (CLICK) and other connected digital tools (Lockerroom and Digital Toolbox) to ensure it is season-ready, enabling both adidas and Reebok retailers to use it as their buying and information platform for both pre- and re-order. Collect, manage and solve all customer-related issues (concerning functionality or usability) with the platform. 

Ensure the platform is a beacon for our brands, offering a first-class customer experience that maximizes customer reach and financial return.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Manager Digital Sales Solutions with day-to-day agenda to ensure the platform offers EE-relevant, timely and engaging content
  • Execute relevant testing on the platform in co-operation with Europe DSS / GIT
  • Collect inputs and manage a relevant content on the platform and execute newsletters
  • Provide regular reports and call to action against defined KPIs in market and at Europe level
  • Provide findings, recommendations for improvements and follow up usage
  • Showcase the platform internally and support the Sales and CS teams to ensure it is being widely championed across the business
  • Educate, train and service local CLICK interfaces (CS) as the expert in technical and usability questions
  • Support Sales with organizing sell-in fairs for SSA
  • Manage clearance sales for East Europe (internal and external communication as well as system settings)
  • Measure progress on KPIs, offering solutions and delivering results
  • Achieve all targets

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
     
  • Degree in Business Administration
  • Ideally previous experience within Sales Support or Customer service (international environment)
  • Experiences with digital platforms (eshop) desired
