Senior Specialist Finance Operations Studio A

Job duties:

• Raising POs on Ariba and booking GRs​
• Reconciling invoices and arranging payment with the GBS team
• Maintaining cost planning​
• Updating financial content in the RISE platform (invoices, GRs etc)​
• Monthly closing and quarterly closing​
• Track vendor POs and invoices received​
• Aligning with procurement on bottle necks regarding purchase order management
• Handle recharges monthly and budget shifts
• Stakeholder management​
• Payment updates​ to stakeholders
• Responsible for the Studio A finance mailbox
• Ad hoc requests
• Managing monthly new vendors
• Provide feedback for process improvements

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related business field
• 2+ years of financial experience (accounts payable/controlling) in international fast paced retail environment (EMEA). Experience with a purchase order management system is a must.
• Knowledge on budget management and monthly re-forecast cycles
• Good understanding of financial accounting 
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and experience working with ERP solutions
• Highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented.
• Good analytical skills, great attention to detail. Able to see the bigger picture and understand how all pieces fit together, as well as provide feedback for improvements.
• Good communication skills and highly organized
• Fluency in business English
