Our Senior Store Manager Store Managers is expected to drive profitability by meeting store sales and profit targets, managing resources to provide customers with a leading shopping experience, and driving the execution of established policies, procedures, and initiatives. He/She will be expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.




Drive your store’s profitability by:

  • Meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets
  • Managing all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience
  • Driving the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives
  • Provide coaching to other store managers when requested.



  • Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
  • Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
  • Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed
  • Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
  • Ensure the legal and fiscal integrity of the store
  • Drive a service and selling culture in the store
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement
  • Ensuring there are always managers on duty focusing team members on the customer and on selling in all sales floor areas
  • Schedule staff so as to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
  • Ensuring proper in-store Brand execution according to established standards and directives, including the planning of public relations, communications and events with Market, above-Market (if applicable) and Global experts
  • Implementing public relations, communications and events plans
  • Ensuring all store team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge
  • Managing all store operations in a systematic and efficient manner, as per established policies and procedures
  • Ensuring all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store
  • Ensure merchandise deliveries are processed on the same day they arrive and the store’s entire product offer is made immediately available and easily accessible to customers on a consistent basis
  • Assess and make recommendations to improve the commercial viability and availability of products in the store
  • Ensure cash register transactions are processed quickly and accurately
  • Lead and implement all applicable loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment
  • Deliver specific reporting required from Retail Back Office Partners
  • Lead the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development efforts in the store
  • Own succession planning for the store
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance
  • Coach, motivate and inspire the store management team to accomplish store goals and maximize their individual performance
  • Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree/BA
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in managing a megastore for one of the world’s for leading mid- to high-end retailers
  • Experience in managing high-level retail image and delivering a consumer-focused and branded in-store experience
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent financial skills
  • Geographical mobility
  • English fluency
  • High level knowledge and skills in MS office and ERP systems / database
