Manager, Retail Marketing - Originals, Brand adidas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our retail marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across adidas DTC/ WHS/ Mono channels.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive originals category retail marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Window, ISC, Retail Marketing activation for Originals, Kids and adiclub days Campaigns
- Marketing support for Mono & WHS Channel demands
- Sell-in room ISC set-up for Originals category
- Manage for the campaign aligned-door list accuracy.
- Accurately rolling forecast the MaEx (MWB)
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize the VM Hub for RMK store engagement (eg: ISC Set-up schedule sharing)
- Stay up-to-date on the latest retail marketing trends and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of retail marketing and VM professionals
- Recruit best in class people. Lead, develop and retain talents to foster a high-performance culture. 

 

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

• Global: Originals BU Retail Marketing, Halo Activation

• Local: VM, BC, DA, CTC CP, PMA, DTC & WHS Mono Channels, Membership, Procurement

• External partners (agencies)  

KPI’s

• Traffic and conversion, Sales, comp sales

• Retail activation customer engagement (e.g. engagement metrics)             

• Compliance to MWB guidelines

• Annual/Monthly MWB RFC accuracy

 

Requirement:

- Education: 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Art & Design or a related field.

- Work experience: 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a proven track record of success

- Language skills: Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and spoken) is required.

 

Qualifications:

- Window & ISC tool development with the basic understanding of VM and consumer-centric approach

- Strong communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills

- Proven ability to manage and lead a team

- Punctuality/ Positive mindset

- Ability to resolve conflict and manage disagreements

- Quick learner (Open to feedback from colleagues and managers)
