Senior Specialist, Digital eCom Operation, e-Commerce

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:   
Drive Omni Channel operations management for all official online stores (.com, apps, eTail) and eMarketplace through providing enhancements of frontend process, website changes and order fulfillment.
 

Key Responsibilities: 
-    Oversee the whole Order Management process including Order Status monitoring and Fraud Check. In case of issues related to Order Status, the Digital eCom Ops Senior Specialist is in charge of escalating the issue to the right stakeholder.
-    Be responsible for monitoring any stock discrepancy that can occur between systems inventory level and create appropriate reporting and dashboard fitted to team meeting cadence
-    In collaboration with Finance Team, check and support Manual Refund in case of system issue including GWC process
-    Manage the issuance and distribution of all vouchers (Employee discount, CS, membership, CRM and promotion purposes). This requires to actively respond to requests and to facilitate voucher distribution to various systems
-    Control for Backend Operations which will include monitoring on category mapping, display mismatch, size mismatch etc. This would require to issue, escalate and follow up on issues related to order status discrepancy, interface errors, etc.
-    Provide on time support for Hype mechanics frequent drops to guarantee that inventory levels are aligned with expectations and orders flows is happening normally
-    Provide support for OMNI channel projects (SFS, Endless Aisle, C&C...) and Employee Mall to make sure that set up, orders, stocks, boxes and others are properly managed and tracked (ex: employee discount balance)


Key relationship:
•    Internal stakeholders: CS, Omni Channel, DTC, After Sales, DC, IT, Legal, Finance Teams: local market, GBS Dalian team and Asia eCom hub based in Shanghai
•    External stakeholders: Outsourcing vendor, 3rd party service provider and partner platforms


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
•    High level of analytical skills
•    High attention to details and capacity to summarize complex problematics
•    Strong ability to work independently to achieve the eCommerce mission
•    Solid capacities to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
•    Proven experience at communicating effectively across organization functions
•    Expert knowledge of MS-Office applications
•    Advanced financial knowledge and skills, and the ability to leverage this for reporting.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 
•    University degree or adequate education 
•    At least 4 years related eCommerce experience
•    Experience working in an international company, University degrees or bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, preferably in Business, IT, Marketing, or Communications.
•    Business experience in the Sporting Goods, Apparel or Sport Lifestyle or Consumer Industry preferred.
•    Experience working in an international company
