Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The purpose of the Order Book Fulfillment Assistant Manager-KA is to support the company’s goal of being the preferred partner by providing supports to key accounts customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall manage the KA customers’ order book including sales order, return order, take back, and delivery claim.
• Ensure the whole ordering /returning process are properly authorized before process, all the transaction should strictly follow the rule of policy and procedures.
• Give on- job coaching to team members, make sure no interruption to the business.
• Coordinates and communicates with account managers and customers on issues related to orders, payment and delivery of goods
• Following the inspection case by government authorities and other inspection depts.
• Communicates special programs, including close-out & EPR, to customers
• Communicates marketing information such as campaign info, customer specific info, POS specific information to customers
• Trains customers to maximize the use of adiPortal, and is first line of support for adiPortal related issues
• Files all customer documents including sales contract, pre-order and prop -order confirmation
• Cleans up customer backlogs
• Customer order fulfillment reports generation and optimization
