Director ReAct Planning & Business Solution

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Build up strategy and portfolio reporting analytics, simply OMB management and decision making by analytics.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Business Solution & Data Monitoring

  • Lead development for Data Foundation with business requirements to support the OMB buying tool and OMB planning tool.
  • Regular monitor and maintenance for data foundation accuracy, including POS Master, Article Master, Sales Data
  • Work with DNA to enhance report development per business needs
  • Drive data visualization with report development to track business performance per business needs, e.g. overall buying KPI, detailed sales performance analysis.
  • Process enhancement with x functions for data tracking/visibility.
  • Share & educate team members to scale up the usage of OMB data & reporting.

 

React Planning and Operation

  • Overall Planning for react related to buying to ensure the proper react tgt.
  • Work closely with MOPS for the React pool finalization to ensure the proper pool for target achievement.
  • Work closely with DP for the react planning based on SP fcst to ensure the react share landing.
  • Work closely with X-function (MOPS, DP, SCM) for the material preparation related topics.
  • Timely monitor and update for the react in-season performance and actions to check the final actual landing

 

Buying Timeline Management

  • Align with cross function teams for the OMB timeline across planning, buying and IST based on GTM timeline and timely communicate the change within OMB internal for team to follow.
  • OMB internal key milestones arrangement and facilitation including buying meeting operation.

 

Project Management

  • Drive the OMB related initiative within team or x-function to drive performance excellence.
  • Facilitate the projects and meetings related with OMB.
  • Proactively recommend and align on additional support to be provided.

 

People Management

  • Lead, manage, develop, coach team member.
  • Set KPIs for team members.
  • Manage daily work assignment of team.
  • Tracking team members’ performance and engaging team members.

REQUISITE EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • University degree in business with Information Management/Statics/Computing/Finance, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management /Analytics function for multinational company, at least 3 years in supervisory role.
  • Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes and know the business model.
  • Involvement in any data solution/standardization project to drive system integration & reporting creation is a plus.
