Manager FRS Retail Operations HQ

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Play a critical role of operation management through integrating internal resources to drive Must Win stores’ sales growth.
  • Ensure the Must Win stores’ faultless execution landing through process, project and tool design.
  • Collaborate with other teams and meeting to drive must Win stores’ key offer merchandising execution.
  • Initiate the regular meeting, communication, and workshop to strengthen contacting with consumer HQ.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Must Win stores’ faultlessly execution landing
  • Obsessed with the knowledge of operation excellence, mainly focus on the procedure and related projects on the filed to make the store with higher standards and consistency.
  • Responsible for consumer experience enhancement.
  • Develop operational tools to streamline the process and execution.


  • Drive Must Win stores’ key offer merchandising execution
  • Track and monitor to push key franchise sell-through%.
  • Track and monitor to push campaign sell-through%.
  • Collaborate on strategy category elevation.


  • Drive project successfully execution in Must Win stores
  • Internal cross team collaboration and alignment with account sales ops and own retail excellence team
  • Must Win pool maintain, extend and trigger further development
  • Track and monitor the project execution status
  • Non-financial project status tracking and feedback collection

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 5 years retail operation management experience with recognized retail brands (fashion or FMCG)
  • At least 2 years working experience with franchisees in retail or sales
  • Experience in remote management
  • Able to communicate with senior management in English
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
