Manager Retail Activation

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Drive business results thru in-store consumer engagement program and promotions with a brand-right approach. Elevate the consumer experiences to be more consistent across all channels.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop in-store activation programs for yearly biz target with KPI setting and tracking.
  • Lead and drive the cross-functional communication for alignment and execution.
  • Support regional teams to initiate, communicate and implement the activations upon local priorities and demands.
  • Coach and inspire team with creative ideas and open mindset. 
  • Work with NTP to manage agencies on planning, execution & budgeting.
