Manager Sales, RA HQ, Must Win

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Account management and overall support for Regional Top 5 Customers for Must Win.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customer on Must Win program with overall introduction in terms of Buy methodology, IST Support, Operation, VM & RM support to ensure fully understanding.
  • Support landing actions for Must Win stores according to program scope, door pool maintenance, Must Win Target setting communication, product/replenishment support, IST, Operation, VM, RM & other system support.
  • Facilitate communication with customers include but not limited to organizing meetings, customer visit, collecting feedback & communication with customers
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functions on Must Win related needs: IST, retail operations, retail activation: GWP and In-store activation.
  • Coordinate with account sales of must win related payment, product lifecycle.
  • RE related support on Must Win: Must win door pool, Support door refresh and fixture replenishment, PNL tracking and data update.
  • Order landing support on Must Win: Seasonal and bi-weekly order landing, STA maintain and order checking. Support product sales to communicate and landing must win orders.

  • Account Sales, MM, Retail Ops, VM, Product Sales, Business Planning.

  • Strong process and project management skills – organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needs
  • Solid business sense and analytic/critical-thinking skills – able to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis;
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to handle multiple projects across various topics at the same time;
  • Data analysis skills, planning skills
  • Good ability in presentation
  • Communication skills, relationship management, Negotiation skills
  • Sales skills and customer service knowledge

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Consultant or Project office
  • Strong communication and influence skill
  • Good analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
  • University degree
