Manager Sales Operations RA

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Develop and manage proper internal business operation systems to provide best support to Account Head to achieve KPI goals and understand regions/branches performance

 

Key Responsibilities:   

 Operation

 

  • Support account team for target breaking down into branches or stores
  • Support for BLR POS target setting and maintains
  • Follow reporting process to collect and provide regular sales performance e.g. weekly performance, monthly L1 data and market competitor information through account team, Hana, or other resources
  • Have effective communication with sales team to ensure all aligned strategy and plan are well communicated and executed
  • Provide a consistent and reliable point of contact between account team and other functional team.
  • Provide supports to team in reporting, data management and analysis, future order management and admin

Financial

  • Support team’s SWB planning and management
  • Manage internal and external process on customer rebate and other incentive program
  • Ensure the internal process of all financial info and payment documents required by company

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Professional background / Experience

  • Functional: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods company, ideally with wholesale focus
  • Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • Exposure: Sports, marketing, trade marketing
     

Education

  • University degree in business with marketing and sales focus

 

IT skills

  • Microsoft : advanced
  • Capability to process big data through Power BI / Access / Power PT is a must
  • MSTR Power User is a plus

 

Language skills

  • Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
