Manager Strategic Performance Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

  • Support GCA strategy execution through strong data analysis, business inferences and fact based approach

 

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end ownership key commercial MD relevant meetings
  • Translate data analysis into actionable insights across sales channels and categories
  • Support decision making with execution of the MD meeting cadence
  • Maintenance of GCA key KPI database

 

Reporting

  • Ensure stakeholder and team awareness on the purpose, objectives, and deliverables at various commercial SLT meetings
  • Manage preparation, consolidate/create relevant documentation for selected GCA SLT meetings
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly / weekly and adhoc MD led meetings
  • Collect and synthesize data from existing systems and sources
  • Track and report performance KPIs with regular cadence with the SLT
  • Support MD in driving faster decision-making via meeting management, content preparation and agenda setting

 

Others

  • Special projects:  Support on other major cross-functional projects esp. with Strategic planning and PMO teams (as required)

  • GCA: MD, SVP Transformation and rest of SLT and their teams

 

 

KPI:

  • Timely delivery of commercial MD relevant meeting documents
  • Data reporting execution (accurate and timely analysis)
  • Data reporting enhancement (relevance of analysis, translating data into insights)
  • Impact on organization’s decision-making

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ of general business experience – including extensive experience in a data analytics function
  • Experience with a global consumer goods brand, modern retailer, or market research firm
  • Experience in working closely with senior managers across functions
  • University degree or above
  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
