Senior Manager Brand Planning

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Marketing Operation & Project workstreams management.
  • Marketing Expense management to ensure both marketing effectiveness & financial discipline.
  • Manage the development of the GCA calendar throughout the GTM process cross functions.

 

Marketing Project Management:

  • Cross-functionally coordinate with internal / external, local / global teams to ensure the high quality and timely project delivery.
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Manage the project roll-out with leveraging all internal / external resources.
  • Active participant in process improvements, providing recommendations and solutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Support Marketing lead for slides creation & consolidation.

Marketing Expense (MaEx) Management:

  • Closely partner with Finance team on monthly tracking and analysis of Marketing Expense.
  • Support annual budget planning process

 

Marketing Calendar:

  • Manage and update GCA consolidated marketing calendar.
  • Seasonal calendar consolidation & sign-off globally & locally.

  • Compliance to MaEx guidelines
  • ROMI
  • Net Sales
  • Operating Profit

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent in PowerPoint
  • Strong planning, multitasking, attention to details and project management skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a team player with an open mind and not afraid of any challenges or failures.
  • Excel Savvy

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strategy Consulting background preferred
  • 8+ years of experience
  • University degree or above
  • Fluent in English
