Deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels. Elevate the Visual Merchandising and In store communication standards within store to ensure consistency and compliance with global standards to meet and achieve KPI’s and maximize profits. Flawlessly execute visual merchandising directives and campaign executions

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement visual merchandising principles & techniques
• Flawlessly execute visual merchandising directives and campaign executions
• Elevate the visual merchandising and in store communication standards within store to ensure consistency
• Drive in-store space efficiency by tracking the sales vs space ratio
• Lead regional VM team to train in-store VM, OVM and store staffs on all relevant global visual merchandising standards and guidelines
• OVM management for both own retail and franchise stores
• To collaborate closely with VM planning teams to support trade meeting set up
• To collaborate closely with store operation and VM store opening teams to support new store opening set up
• To collaborate closely with retail training teams to provide basic VM training content for both online and offline

KPI’s:

• Adapt and implement global visual merchandising manual
• Apply and maintain brand retail standards 
• Create monthly campaign plan for both own retail and franchise stores
• Execute new campaign flawlessly in store
• By updating MNQ styling to support online/wechat sale
• Work with assortment planning team and operation team to develop solutions and strategies for maximizing sales and driving store KPIs
• Manage regional OVM to delivery best VM compliance in store
• Create VM training materials and conduct seasonal VM training seminars to OVM/in store VM /VM champion and store staffs
• Ensure new store opening successful

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 8 years visual merchandising experience with sports brands or fashion retail brand
• Able to execute in store set up independently
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS application suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Fluent English
