Manager, MOPS SEA
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The SEA MOPs Manager will lead and manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) process planning for Southeast Asia (SEA) across six countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. This role ensures that SEA’s brand and channel strategies align with regional and global GTM guidelines, driving cross-functional and cross-country collaboration and the seamless execution of seasonal GTM processes, ensuring excellence in implementation through continuous improvement of milestones and tools
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Process Management
- Lead the GTM process by defining and managing GTM calendars, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely, efficient execution of seasonal plan.
- Align SEA processes with Emerging Market (EM) MOPs and countries to maintain consistent GTM direction and strategy.
- Ensure key milestones, such as the Seasonal Strategy Handover, Seasonal marketing meetings are successfully delivered and communicated to SEA brand, channels and country teams.
- Create, maintain and manage communication sites, including SharePoint, to act as a one-stop-shop for all seasonal GTM updates. Ensure all GTM key stakeholders can easily access relevant GTM-related information and milestone communications.
- Lead the continuous improvement of operational processes and tools to streamline GTM activities.
2. Operational Process & Tools Optimization
- Own and manage operational aspects such as showroom operations, sell-in tools to support brand and channels team on pre-lines and sell-ins.
- Manage SEA sample strategy, including budgeting, order process, sample management and coordination with cluster and country teams.
- Manage ongoing reviews of seasonal processes, engaging stakeholders to enhance timelines, formats, and communication systems.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate collaboration between key SEA departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Category Management, CTC) and country-level teams (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) to ensure GTM excellence.
- Act as a liaison between SEA and Emerging Market MOPs to continuously evolve the GTM process, keeping it aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between market operational teams and the countries teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, merchandising, or process management, preferably with regional exposure in a multinational organization.
- Experience in managing timelines, processes, and tools in a fast-paced, operational-driven environment.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
