Specialist, Customer Service & Sales Support (adidas golf)


Role Purpose:


To drive enhanced customer satisfaction through competitive service levels by exceeding our customers’ expectations. To provide order management and support to the sales team, with the objective of achieving organizations sales and profit targets and meeting team objectives.


Primary Accountabilities:



  • To lead the management of sales order process – sales order collection, reservation and confirmation.
  • To ensure proper administration, documentation and financial reconciliation of the customer base.
  • To communicate cross-functional between internal interfaces. To work closely with warehouse team to ensure best support for the business.
  • Manage the returns, claims, cancellations process within the overall adidas brand guidelines
  • To monitor and track incoming shipments as per Open Order Report (including bulk and sample orders).
  • Monitor article drops, shipment tracking and ensure all Pre-Orders have been picked up
  • To adjust order book according to delivery information and inform customers and sales team on delays.
  • To deliver reliability and responsiveness to customer request and complaints.
  • To develop and implement strategies to increase the usage of the online portals in line with business objectives.
  • To drive business and provide industry leading service to our customer partners internal and external
  • Implementation of EDI with Key Golf accounts, perform testing, collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure all new ranges are communicated to all customer groups via product submission in advance of pre-sell.
  • Manage all customer contracts to ensure a timely drawdown of all stocks.
  • Providing holistic support to the Account Manager’s and be seen as an extension of the Sales team.
  • Proactively drive outbound service calls to better support our customer’s needs



  • To monitor and report on order status and compliance at a customer level and own KPIs
  • To set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports.
  • To develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job.
  • To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines.



The successful candidate will have:


  • Experience in Order Management, Inventory Management and Customer Service and Sales
  • Experience in the game Golf and/or Golf industry would be highly preferred
  • IT: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Salesforce & SAP experience is a plus
