Specialist, Business Analyitc Marketing Operations (6 months contract - open to fresh graduate)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Define the future year sales forecast across SEA across 6 countries & 13 categories
  • Support the business in delivering our growth ambition


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and own the Go-To-Market process (key milestones, deliverables) for SEA to ensure optimum work across APAC, SEA Hub and SEA country teams – both with other Marketing teams and with other key departments involved in the Go-To-Market process (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Define the future year sales forecast planning at country & category level. Set and own marketing sales targets for future years; validate the sales forecast vs targets
  • Lead the Integrated Business Planning process on behalf of Marketing
  • Align and continuously improve all operational processes and tools within Marketing.
  • Coordinate Market Sell-In tools (inputs, brief, production, tracking, etc.)
  • Support on ad-hoc strategic projects within Marketing


  • Brand Health KPIS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Market Share
  • Market Sales vs Targets
  • Market Financials
  • Process KPIs (timing, % of shared services/tools, etc.)
  • Project KPIs (respect timing, qualitative contribution, etc.)


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Professional Background/Experience:


  • Strong analytical skills: capability to work with complex data, articulating core insights and sharing with relevant stakeholders in an actionable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to manage relationships across stakeholders across different functions & geographies
  • Strong project management skills: understand how to define the project’s scope, manage key stakeholders, set and adhere to timelines, define KPIs

Industry: Cross functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail (retail/e-commerce industry preferred)

Exposure: Experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones, calendar management)

Education: University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience

Fresh gradutes with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply

IT: Excel/Microsoft Office suite is mandatory; SQL/VBA/Python/R is a plus
