Specialist Allocation & Replenishment, FO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning

  1. Analyze store inventory at brand/division level and balance between stores/regions.
  2. Plan article level allocation and execute weekly replenishment units according to store/brand/division level plan.
  3. Work with logistics and store operations on delivery and receiving.

Management

  1. Coordinate store managers, operation team and internal AP team assortment needs weekly
  2. Analyze store weeks cover, store stock level vs display by brand by division level at respective regions
  3. Actively participates to the retail KPI’s delivery in respective regions.
  4. Manage best sellers’ inventory at stores
  5. Execute on takeback replenishment according to target provided

 Financial
 

  1. Manage assortment quantities in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets
  2. Manage seasonable products allocation to achieve financial discount target.

Systems and Processes

  1. Maintain with retail systems and retail database
  2. Maintain with retail and logistic process and back-office procedures

Training

  1. Participate in systems training
  2. Participate in Products seasonal presentation and technology training as well as merchandising training

KPI’s:

  • Sell-Through %
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Store inventory level and stock turn
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Own retail financial and consumer satisfaction KPI’s
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Article ranking vs. Best Seller hit rate     

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in merchandising function; rigorous business analysis - understanding and interpreting data; putting data/analysis/tools in a structured, easy-to-use formats; and making recommendations that team can act upon; prefer strong Excel modeling skills, good presentation PPT skills and ability to develop useful models/tools that can be rolled out to merchandising and retail teams; effective partnering, communication, and influencing skills (written and orally) –someone who can proactively communicate analysis/methodologies with functional partners and influence them to rethink and change their existing practices; good understanding of retail business
Industry: Preferably in retail/apparel/ FMCG/White goods
Exposure: Retail / FMCG / Fashion
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business preferred.
