Specialist Allocation & Replenishment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning

  1. Plan monthly assortment per own store
  2. Plan product monthly launch schedule according to marketing calendar and store stock status
  3. Plan with logistics department shipment & delivery on schedule
  4. Analyze daily and historical sell-through data to deliver the best assortment per store

Management

  1. Coordinate store managers, operations team and internal AP team assortment needs per month
  2. Consolidate these needs into an efficient assortment range
  3. Analyse daily sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to ST results
  4. Actively participates to the retail KPI’s delivery
  5. Manage with Logistics team on-time delivery of all assortments in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets, provide promotion and discount

Financial

  1. Manage assortment quantities in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets
  2. Average discount rate per month

Systems and Processes

  1. Manage with retail systems and retail database
  2. Manage with retail and logistic process and back-office procedures

Training

  1. Participate in systems training
  2. Participate in Products seasonal presentation and technology training as well as merchandising training

 

KPI’s:

  • Sell-Through %
  • Store inventory level and stock turn
  • Own retail financial and consumer satisfaction KPI’s
  • Article ranking vs. Best Seller hit rate    


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in merchandising function; rigorous business analysis - understanding and interpreting data; putting data/analysis/tools in a structured, easy-to-use formats; and making recommendations that team can act upon; prefer strong Excel modeling skills, good presentation PPT skills and ability to develop useful models/tools that can be rolled out to merchandising and retail teams; effective partnering, communication, and influencing skills (written and orally) –someone who can proactively communicate analysis/methodologies with functional partners and influence them to rethink and change their existing practices; good understanding of retail business
 
Industry: Preferably in retail/apparel/ FMCG/White goods
Exposure: Retail / FMCG / Fashion
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business preferred.
