Specialist Digital Marketing

Purpose and overall relevance to organization: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and amplifying the performance of adidas Israel across all channels, mainly CRM, eCOM, Social. The candidate we are looking for needs to execute with excellence according to brand guidelines and business objectives, while showing multi-task capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM

  • Assist Digital Manager in managing top and bottom-line growth of CRM acquisition targets to build lasting digital connections with consumers.
  • Support on CRM management including data segmentation, data cleansing and data analysis.
  • Create and report on weekly brand and promotional emails.
     
    eCom
  • Work cross-functionally with eCom 3PL partner marketing teams, site operations and analytics to create synergies and explore and exploit opportunities to drive traffic and hit acquisition targets.
  • Support in finding new & innovative ways to expand eCommerce business and deliver on site revenue goals.
  • Manage campaign assets and provide 3PL partner with relevant material.
     
     
    Digital & Social
  • Support in developing specific and measurable performance marketing strategies across football, running, training and Originals across the country to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly net sales targets.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign and competitor activity whilst remaining consistently abreast of current digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Support in managing relationships with media and creative agencies and partners.
  • Work closely with Digital Brand, Brand Comms and eCommerce team to drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. Share with EM hub and other market teams to help educate and learn.
  • KPIs: traffic, revenue and cost of sale targets & NPS.

  • Managing and reporting on monthly performance media campaign KPI’s
  • Consumer Sentiment Tracking
  • Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.)
  • Ecommerce Sales vs Plan

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Cross-functional Marketing knowledge in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories (FMCG or sporting goods industry candidates preferred).
  • Experience in Performance Marketing: Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Programmatic Media and Paid Social Media Buying and Planning.
  • Curious and passionate about eCommerce and Digital Marketing and the interaction of the different channels. Comfortable with the rapid evolution of (marketing) technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance knowledge, skills and experience. Experience with attribution modelling is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complexity and remain mature, responsible and calm under pressure.
  • Logical thinker, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate solid conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Clear communicator that is collaborative and able to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Diligence, accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Data driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics, Sales Force) with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, proven experience in Excel.
    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven previous experience (minimum 3 years) in either agency (Digital, eCommerce) or a client-side Performance Marketing role.
  • BA degree in Marketing / Communications / other respective disciplinary.
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must.
