Specialist Facility Management(Space Planning)
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain an up-to-date space and occupancy database.
• Monitor space moves / adds / changes to ensure proper space allocation and adherence to space standards.
• Review floor plans and other internal documents (e-mails, space requests, termination reports, etc.) to ensure all current data is reflected in actual status
• To resolve issues Maintain up-to-date space labeling and status / availability Coordinate with the HRBP, PA on any space anomalies.
• Perform floor surveys to verify personnel and architectural changes as required.
• Monitor departmental move log and ensure move updates are implemented on a timely basis
• Perform periodic office onsite check and data audits to ensure data integrity and report on time
• Prepare payment, ad hoc facility team issues.

Experience/Skills Required
• B/S degree or above
• 2 years experience in facility & EHS function
• Good oral & written English
