Specialist GBS Direct to Consumer eCommerce Customer Support (M/F/D)

PURPOSE

Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the adidas Global Business Services Center according to the requirements of the company Accounting Manual and specific group policy for Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) ecommerce.

 

In this position, you will have an important role to provide the best customer journey experience acting as a key player on the ecommerce refund process.

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

E2E analysis of ecommerce orders related to customer refunds;

Coordination with local customer service team and other GBS departments to obtain information about the refund process flow;

Support the successful execution of customer support activities for DtC areas, ensuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner;

Lead and participate in cross-functions ad hoc projects and tasks assigned;

Coordinate with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items;

Monitoring and following up of differences between systems interfaces;

Close contact with the local Finance Teams across adidas subsidiaries located in Europe and Americas and Customer Service teams, handling daily queries.

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 

Good Excel skills;

Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar;

Experience with SAP will be a plus;

Ability to pay close attention to detail;

High degree of customer orientation;

Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting;

Problem solving mindset and analytical skills;

Be a team-player;

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Up to 2-4 years relevant work experience in the accounting/business area;

Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
