Purpose / Mission

  • Deliver FO Store individual and monthly products assortment
  • Analyze daily and historical sell-through data to deliver the best store assortment





  • Plan monthly assortment per own store(FO)
  • Plan product monthly launch schedule according to marketing calendar and store stock status
  • Plan with logistics department shipment & delivery on schedule
  • Analyze daily and historical sell-through data to deliver the best assortment per store



  • Coordinate store managers, operations team and internal AP team assortment needs per month
  • Consolidate these needs into an efficient assortment range
  • Analyse daily sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to ST results
  • Actively participates to the retail KPI’s delivery
  • Manage with Logistics team on-time delivery of all assortments in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets, provide promotion and discount



  • Manage assortment quantities in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets
  • Average discount rate per month

  • Manage with retail and logistic process and back-office procedures

  • University Degree
  • High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products and databases
  • English fluency and Mandarin fluency
