<span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">This role will support in driving the business by building the functional capability of teams across all sales channels by focusing on commerciality, brand and product knowledge and building a <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">service, development and leadership culture that keeps our consumer as our primary focus.

<span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Key Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Be an expert and role model on the adidas and Reebok brand and products and consumer service
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Implement strategic Global Sales Academy, HUB, and GCC programs across assigned doors including functional capabilities, brand and product knowledge, and service
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Measure and analyse impact of implemented programs to give evidence of ROI for training conducted
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Build relationships with store management and retail team members in assigned doors to inspire a service and training culture in stores
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Build relationships with GCC and EM stakeholders to contribute best practice beyond scope of assigned stores
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Ensure that all trainings implemented are business relevant, consumer-centric and aligned with global sales and business strategy
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Project manage and lead implementation of specific programs across UAE and GCC as necessary
  • <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">Focus on franchise stores, while aligning and s<span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">upport<span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">ing<span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif"> all sales channels (own retail, franchise, wholesale) to provide the consumer <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">consistent <span style="font-family:"AdihausDIN",sans-serif">excellent, branded service

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the retail industry, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG, preferably in a training role
