Sr Analyst Fulfillment Planning


To provide the DC Network with short and medium-term forecasts to enable strong operational planning, then manage activities to achieve plans, with the aim of supporting achievement of DC SLAs, Cost Targets and NAM Commercial expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce short-medium term (1-11 month) packing and shipping forecasts for the NAM DCs aligned with NAM RDP and IBP and manage actions to achieve NAM OTIF targets
  • Produce and own phased forecasts following the 2nd RMA Marketing Forecast Cut-Off to support DC network loading/capacity reviews against deployment plan
  • Review the current month forecast for the DC network on a regular basis and revise shipping expectations in a timely manner to enable DCs to adjust operational plans
  • Monitor the flow of delivery notes towards the DC forecasts and drive actions to achieve forecast
  • Work with and support other Order Fulfillment functions of Inbound Planning, Order Book Management and Customer Service with the aim of driving OTIF delivery
  • Manage continuous improvement of Fulfillment Planning processes.
  • Work cross-functionally in (project) teams to ensure that process optimizations and initiatives are delivered successfully
  • Coordination/leading of collaboration with all SCM departments in order to control inventory related events (e.g. inbound volumes expected, order book cleanse impact, returns due to quality issues etc.)
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing product flows in regards to blocked stock
  • Manage the process with all DCs to rework blocked stock coming from dedicated orders, quality issues and/or returns to make inventory available for consumption

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, information systems, logistics or operations
  • 3-5 years of work experience in supply chain management
  • Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microstrategy reports and dashboards required
  • Tableau experience a plus.
  • Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
