Define, plan and deliver the best possible product range mix for all BLR stores of responsible category and represents a strong brand image and consistency of the range across the portfolio of stores

Drive key Retail KPIs (Comp growth, ATV, UPT, Conversion and In season sell through, etc.) with the right Merchandise

Key Responsibilities


  • To ensure providing the seasonal assortment plan (article level) for all Own Retail & Franchise stores on time in full
  • To ensure the offered merchandizing plan reflect the key seasonal highlights and also local needs
  • To ensure store commerciality through merchandising
  • To ensure the sell-thru and other KPIs and initiate relevant action steps
  • To ensure reviewing and forecasting inventory status by store for proper buying and risk management of overstock
  • To ensure managing of regular rotation and result check to maximize sell-thru with managing broken size article
  • To recommend re-order quantities
  • To recommend range composition
  • To plan OTB and prepare buying assortement for LENA stores
  • Live and develop the Adidas culture build on the 3 C.s: collaboration-creativity and confidence
  • Set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports
  • Develop the functional skills and the leadership behaviors for  yourself & direct reports
  • Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guideline
  • Identify talents and secure succession planning is in place
  • Secure diversity within Buying and Merchandising
  • To measure progress on own KPIs
  • To report to all superiors
  • To monitor all reports
  • To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions  
  • To provide realistic plans

Professional background:

  • Functional: > 8 years in sales and/or Marketing, with retail focus
  • Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • Leadership: > 5 years experience
  • Exposure: Sports, Operation, Visual Merchandizing
    Educational Background:
  • University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
