Job Title: Senior Manager-Sales Excellence

Location: HO, Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible to ensure sustainable and profitable growth, reaching top line and bottom line objectives and leading the implementation of selected global and local strategic initiatives in India Wholesale channel
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales excellence, strategy and planning for India WHS channel
- Drive the implementation of relevant global and local sales strategies and initiatives across the India WHS channel
- Lead the implementation and governance of the key sales foundation topics (trade investment, customer segmentation, a best in class go-to-market sell in process, sales policy development/compliance etc.)
- Develop Annual business strategy, identify market trends and operational priorities along with defining key success metrics and execution plans
- Working with multiple stakeholders and X-functional global teams in driving medium to long term strategy along with execution as per global practices
- Standardize customer service standards / order management systems / tools / key processes / SLA
- Drive consistent sales reporting, analysis and tools
- Sellout data ownership & business analytics
- Facilitate the regular sales reviews and performance analysis
- Establish a governance board to ensure all sales depts are following and applying sales strategies, policies and best practices

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA degree with focus on Sales/Marketing/Strategy
- Business environment experience: minimum 8-10 years
- Functional experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in sales ideally in the sporting goods industry
- Cross-functional experience ideally in marketing / sales / finance/supply chain
- Industry experience: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
